Modbus® TCP/RTU to Ethernet/IP Gateway

The Phoenix Contact family of gateways allows different industrial protocols to work together, in a single network. Serial device servers provide a simple pathway when migrating legacy serial devices to Ethernet protocols.

The Modbus-to-Ethernet/IP gateway makes migration painless, with easy and intuitive web-based configuration for mapping Modbus data over the Ethernet/IP. An Ethernet/IP device server collects data from both a Modbus/RTU and Modbus/TCP slave. This data is then served up to an Ethernet/IP master.

RSLogix integration is a breeze thanks to the "write-to-tag" feature, allowing users to quickly set up the transfer of data into the programming environment. Variants are available with one, two, or four serial ports and one or two RJ45 Ethernet ports. The devices feature a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +70°C and hazardous-area approvals, making them suitable for use in any industry.
