QPB9328 Dual-Channel Switch LNA Module
Qorvo QPB9328 Dual-Channel Switch LNA Module is targeted for TDD base stations and integrates a two-stage LNA and a high-power switch in a dual channel configuration. Shut-down pins for the module can control power down capability for the LNAs. The QPB9328 is utilized across the 4.4-5.0GHz range to provide 1.8dB noise figure for operation in the receive mode and 0.65dB insertion loss in the transmit mode. The LNAs utilize Qorvo’s high performance EpHEMT process while the pin-diode based switch supports input RF power signals of up to 10W average power assuming 8dB PAR. The QPB9328 is housed in a compact 6 x6mm RoHS-compliant surface-mount leadless package. The switch LNA module is targeted for wireless infrastructure applications configured for TDD-based MIMO architectures. The module is used for 5G or pre-5G solutions or small cell base station applications.
Switch LNA Modules for Sub 6GHz 5G
Qorvo Switch LNA Modules for Sub 6GHz 5G are 5G Sub 6GHz solutions covering bands, n77, n78 and n79 (i.e. 3.3GHz to 5GHz). These sub 6GHz switch LNA products integrate an LNA and high-power switch in a dual-channel configuration supporting Massive MIMO receiver systems. These switch LNA modules include a bypass mode with power down capability. They offer low insertion loss and low noise figure. Additionally, some are capable of operating in a high and low gain states.
