STHVDAC-256MTG Antenna Tuning Circuit
STMicroelectronics STHVDAC-256MTG Antenna Tuning Circuit is a high voltage digital to analog converter (DAC). This DAC controls and meets BST tunable capacitor wide tuning bias voltage requirements. The STHVDAC-256MTG provides 6 independent high voltage outputs to control 6 different capacitors. The circuit features turbo and glide modes for optimal system performance. The STHVDAC-256MTG is operation compliant with cellular systems. The circuit is fully controlled through an RFFE serial interface. 
RFFE & SPI Control ICs
STMicroelectronics RFFE & SPI Control ICs feature a controller series (STHVDAC) designed to control and meet wide tuning bias voltage requirements. The STHVDAC is a high voltage digital-to-analog converter (DAC). The series provides three independent high-voltage outputs to control three different capacitances. It's fully controlled through an RFFE (RF front-end) serial interface.
