Adesto Technologies RM24C/25C Mavriq™ Serial EEPROM is non-volatile memory used in computers and other electronic devices. These memories belong to I2C/SPI serial device family which has 32Kb to 512Kb serial memory. The device utilizes Marviq serial memory and features high data retention, low power performance, and low voltage supply. These EEPROMs feature both random and sequential reads. The sequential reads are capable of reading the entire memory in single operation.
