TPS7A05 Ultra-Low IQ Low-Dropout Regulator
OMO Electronic TPS7A05 Ultra-Low IQ Low-Dropout Regulator is an ultra-small, low quiescent current low-dropout regulator (LDO) that can source 200mA with excellent transient performance. This device has an output range of 0.8V to 3.3V with a typical 1% accuracy. The TPS7A05, with ultralow IQ (1µA), is designed specifically for battery-powered applications where a very-low quiescent current is a critical parameter for extending battery life. The device can be operated from rechargeable Li-Ion batteries, Li-primary battery chemistries such as Li-SOCl2, Li-MnO2, as well as two or three-cell alkaline batteries. The TPS7A05 is available with an active pull-down circuit to quickly discharge the output when disabled.
