Wi-Fi Front End Modules: Qorvo Wi-Fi Front End Modules (FEMs) provide an integrated front-end solution for Wi-Fi applications. These Wi-Fi FEMs operate at a frequency range of 2.4GHz to 5.85GHz. The Wi-Fi FEMs includes primary functions like Power Amplifier (PA), Low Noise Amplifiers (LNAs), switch solutions, filters, power-management, and device matching. These Wi-Fi FEMs feature high efficiency, low power consumption, and high linearity for maximum modulation. Typical applications include mobile handsets, access points and routers, service provider gateways, media solutions, and computing.

RFFM4554 Wi-Fi Integrated Front End Module: Qorvo RFFM4554 Wi-Fi Integrated Front End Module operates in 4.9-5.925GHz frequency range and is designed for 802.11a/n/ac applications. The integrated SPDT switch and low noise amplifier with bypass reduce the layout area, bill of material, and manufacturability cost. The RFFM4554 switch to LNA path has pins which allow filtering in the ideal path for the current Wi-Fi circuit applications. This device is available in a 2.3mm X 2.3mm X 0.45mm 16-pin QFN package.
