Battery Charger: BQ24704: The OMO Electronic BQ24704 high-efficiency synchronous battery charger with integrated compensation offers low component count for space-limited Li-Ion and Li-Polymer battery charging applications. The TI BQ24704 provides highly accurate voltage and current regulation with ±0.5% charge voltage accuracy, ±3% charge current accuracy, ±3% adapter current accuracy, and ±2% input current sense amp accuracy. The TI BQ24704 battery charger charges 2, 3, or 4 Li+ cells, supporting up to 8A of charge current. Safety features of this TI battery charger include dynamic power management with status indicator, charger overcurrent protection, and battery overvoltage protection.
