Diodes Inc. FET LNA Bias Controllers are FET bias controllers with programmable depletion mode. The low-power, active mixer bias controllers are designed for satellite Low Noise Blocks (LNBs). The controllers offer the flexibility to be programmed to bias up to four (ZABG4003) or six (ZABG6003/ZABG6004) low noise amplifier (LNA) stages. Ideal for low power designs. The ZABG4003/6003/6004 series bias controllers operate with a minimum current of only 1mA and can operate over a supply voltage of 2.1V to 5.5V. The small package and decreased component count minimizes the PCB area while increasing overall LNB reliability.Learn More
