PI3DBS16213 Mux/Demux Switch ICs: Diodes Incorporated PI3DBS16213 Mux/Demux Switch ICs are 6 to 2 differential channel multiplexer/demultiplexer switch ICs. These switch ICs unique design offers a layout targeted for USB3.0, USB3.1, 10GE, PCIe4, Thunderbolt 3, and SAS3.0 signals. Diodes Incorporated switch ICs offer -300µA (typical) low power consumption and bi-directional operation. Applications include routing high-speed differential signals such as USB3.1 Gen2, SAS3, PCIe4, and TB3.

PI3DBS16213 Multiplexer Switch: Diodes Incorporated PI3DBS16213 Multiplexer Switch is a 2 Differential Channel, 3:1 Mux/De-Mux Switch IC. The PI3DBS16213 can switch multiple signal types up to data rate of 20Gbps. Using a unique design technique, the PI3DBS16213 Switch offers minimimal impedance, greatly reducing attenuation. The unique design also offers a layout targeted for USB3.0, USB3.1, 10GE, PCIe4, Thunderbolt 3, and SAS3.0 signals, which minimizes the channel to channel skew as well as channel to channel crosstalk as required by high speed signals.
