Cypress Semiconductor PSoC4200D ARM® Cortex™-M0 CPU Programmable SoCs (PSoCs) consist of embedded system controllers with an ARM® Cortex™-M0 CPU. Based on PSoC® 4 platform architecture, the PSoC4200D PSoCs integrate a microcontroller with digital programmable logic, programmable interconnect, and standard communication and timing peripherals. PSoC4200D also includes programmable and reconfigurable analog and digital blocks with flexible automatic routing.
