Package arrived 20 days after ordering. I've actually only tested one piece, checked the voltages of the others. They look like in the product picture, and the piece I tested seems to be working as advertised. It was pulling 0.94A when it started charging a 18650 which was at 4.01V. And while still connected to the battery when the device is off, it only adds 0.7 uA discharge current which is acceptable for mobile device usage.
