NXP MC40XS6500EK Power Switch
NXP MC40XS6500EK Power Switch has a Penta 40mΩ high-side switch high transient current capability. With a 16-bit 5.0MHz SPI control of over-current profiles and channel control, including PWM cycles, the NXP MC40XS6500EK has an external power switch control and an operating voltage of 7V to 18V. MC40XS6500EK has a sleep current of <5.0µ, a reverse polarity of -16V, and ground disconnect protection.
