High Voltage Power Schottky Rectifiers
STMicroelectronics High Voltage Power Schottky Rectifiers feature negligible switching losses, extremely fast switching, low thermal resistance, and high junction temperature capability. These STMicroelectronics 100V Schottky rectifiers are designed for switch mode power supply and high frequency DC to DC converters. Packaged in PowerFLAT™, these devices are intended for use low-voltage, high-frequency inverters, free-wheeling, by-pass diode, and polarity protection applications. Their low profile is especially designed for applications with space-saving constraints.
