F29xx SP2T RF Switches: IDT F29xx SP2T RF Switches are high reliability, low insertion devices designed for a multitude of wireless and other RF applications. IDT F29xx SP2T RF Switches deliver high linearity and high isolation performance. A 50Ω termination is automatically applied to unused RF input ports. Learn More

RF Switch ICs: IDT RF Switch ICs are offered in SPDT, SP2T, SP4T, and SP5T designs featuring Kz constant impedance technology, very low insertion loss, and high input IP3 performance. These high-isolation RF switches deliver a wide frequency bandwidth and an extended operating temperature range for high-reliability applications. IDT RF switches utilize advanced RF silicon semiconductor technology which offers advantages over other technologies such as GaAs.

F2913 SP2T Absorptive RF Switch ICs: IDT (Integrated Device Technology) F2913 SP2T Absorptive RF Switch ICs are designed to deliver high linearity and high isolation. These absorptive RF switches offer a 50Ω termination resistance at all the RF ports. The F2913 SP2T RF switches include 50MHz to 6000MHz wide frequency range for operation. These SP2T RF switch ICs also offer fast switching time, high termination power handling, and low insertion loss. The F2913 SP2T absorptive switch ICs support three states using either 1.8V or 3.3V compatible control logic with high IIP3 of 65dBm at 2.6GHz.
