The High-Reliability TVS Diodes have excellent clamping capability and low incremental surge resistance. Their plastic package has underwriters laboratory flammability 94V-O and the diodes are lead-free tin plated, halogen-free, and RoHS compliant.

General Purpose ESD Protection SPA Diodes: Littlefuse General Purpose ESD Protection SPA Diodes protect electronics from transient voltage damage. The wide selection offers diodes that meet industry requirements to solve multiple exposure issues.
