Small size and low power consumption (5-µA max) make the REF33xx ideal for a wide variety of portable and battery-powered applications.

REF33xx Voltage References: OMO Electronic REF33xx Voltage References are precision, low power, low dropout, series voltage references available in SC70-3, SOT-23-3 and UQFN-8 packages. The REF33xx’s small size and low power consumption (5µA max) make them ideal for a wide variety of portable and battery-powered applications.
