Automotive Op Amps: STMicroelectronics Automotive Op Amps meet the requirements of extreme reliability and quality demanded by the market. The Op Amps support temperature ranges that can go up to 150°C. These automotive grade operational amplifiers offer AECQ100 and Q101 compliance, TS-16949 certification, and PPAP availability.

TSZ12x Operational Amplifiers: STMicroelectronics' TSZ12x Operational Amplifiers offer very low input offset voltages with virtually zero drift. The TSZ121 is the single version, TSZ122 the dual version, and TSZ124 the quad version, with pinouts compatible with industry standards. The TSZ12x series offers rail-to-rail input and output, excellent speed/power consumption ratio, and 400kHz gain bandwidth product, while consuming less than 40μA at 5V. The devices also feature an ultra-low input bias current. These features make the TSZ12x family ideal for sensor interfaces, battery-powered applications and portable applications.

Low-Power High Accuracy Operational Amplifiers: STMicroelectronics Precision Operational Amplifiers offer features ranging from micropower consumption, to zero-drift, rail-to-rail, low-voltage offset, high voltage and low input bias current. STMicroelectronics strengths in this area include the largest micropower op amp portfolio in the market, with consumption as low as 2 µA; reliable high volume supplier of both standard and high-performance op amps; space-saving packages, such as DFN, QFN, SOT-23 and SC-70; and guaranteed specified min/max electrical performances.
