    The module is based on MP2315, 3A 500kHz synchronous step-down converter.In order to get a fixed voltage operation, you need to depopulate variable resistor and short a corresponding to the voltage jumper.I have two modules tested. Module 1: 3.315V @ open circuit, 3.308V @ 130mA load. Module 2: 3.289V @ open circuit, 3.28V @ 130mA load. Ripple for 3.3V regulation: ~80mVpp @ open circuit, ~40mVpp @ @ 130mA load.

MAX14721-MAX14723 High-Accuracy Adjustable Power Limiters
Maxim Integrated MAX14721, MAX14722, and MAX14723 High-Accuracy Adjustable Power Limiters guard systems against overcurrent faults in addition to positive overvoltage and reverse-voltage faults. When used with an optional external p-channel MOSFET, these devices also protect downstream circuitry from voltage faults up to ±60V. MAX14721-MAX14723 feature a low, 76mΩ, on-resistance integrated FET. During startup, these devices are designed to charge large capacitances on the output in a continuous mode for applications where large reservoir capacitors are used on the inputs to downstream devices. MAX14721-MAX14723 also feature a dual-stage, current-limit mode in which the current is continuously limited to 1x, 1.5x, and 2x the programmed limit, respectively, for a short time after startup. This enables faster charging of large loads during startup. MAX14721-MAX14723 also feature reverse-current and overtemperature protection. These devices operate over a -40°C to 125°C temperature range and are ideal for a variety of applications: industrial power systems, control and automation, motion system drives, and more. Learn More
