ADRF57xx Digital Attenuators: Analog Devices Inc. ADRF57xx Digital Attenuators are silicon 4-bit/6-bit step attenuators with 30dB/31.5dB attenuation control range in 0.5dB/2dB steps. These attenuators operate in the ultrawideband frequency range of 9kHz to 40GHz with low insertion loss and excellent attenuation accuracy. The ADRF57xx attenuators require a dual supply voltage of +3.3V and −3.3V. These devices feature Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI), parallel mode control, and Complementary Metal-oxide Semiconductor (CMOS)-/Low Voltage Transistor to Transistor Logic (LVTTL)-compatible controls. The RF ports of ADRF57xx attenuators are designed to match the characteristic impedance of 50Ω.
