Small Cell Power Amplifiers
Qorvo Small Cell Power Amplifiers are housed in low-cost surface-mount packages with on-chip bias control and temperature control circuits. The amplifiers are suitable for small cell or enterprise Femtocell base station applications. The devices provide high gain and linear power using an LTE signal over the indicated frequency range.
TQP9221 High Linearity 0.25W Small Cell PA
Qorvo TQP9221 High Linearity 0.25W Small Cell PA is a high-linearity two-stage power amplifier in a low-cost surface-mount package. The TQP9211 features onchip bias control and temperature compensation circuits. The amplifier provides 30.5dB gain over the 2010-2170MHz frequency range. It can be utilized without the need of linearization circuitry like DPD. It's able to achieve -49dBc ACLR at +24dBm output power using 20MHz LTE signal (9.5dB PAR).
