The MBR provide super fast switching speed, very low forward voltage drop, high temperature and low leakage performance. The rectifiers offer high reliability in high ambient temperatures or applications with minimal cooling available. The MBR minimize power loss and have greater efficiency during converter operation with super fast switching speed and a very low forward voltage.
