Fixed-Frequency Boost Converter: TPS61093: The OMO Electronic TPS61093 1.2 MHz fixed-frequency boost converter is designed for high integration and high reliability. The TI TPS61093 boost converter integrates a 20V power switch, input/output isolation, and power diode. The TPS61093 has an input range of 1.6V to 6V and features efficiency at 15V output up to 88%. This TI boost converter also offers over load and over voltage protection, programmable soft start-up and load discharge path after IC shutdown. This TI fixed-frequency boost converter is ideal for a variety of applications, including glucose meters, OLED power supply, and 3.3V to 12V and 5V to 12V boost converters.
