QPB7464 CATV 75Ω pHEMT Dual RF Amplifiers: Qorvo QPB7464 CATV 75Ω pHEMT Dual RF Amplifiers are fully integrated and dual-die differential RF amplifiers for medium power applications in the CATV band. These amplifiers are fabricated using 6-inch GaAs pHEMT technology to optimize performance and cost. Typical applications include replacement for 5V SOIC-8 amplifiers, edge Quadrature Amplitude Modulation (QAM) output stage, Mains Distribution Unit (MDU) output, and satellite frequency distribution.
