General Purpose ESD Protection SPA Diodes: Littlefuse General Purpose ESD Protection SPA Diodes protect electronics from transient voltage damage. The wide selection offers diodes that meet industry requirements to solve multiple exposure issues.

SP1006 TVS Diode Array SPA™ for ESD: Littelfuse's SP1006 Series features zener diodes fabricated in a proprietary silicon avalanche technology protect each I/O pin to provide a high level of protection for electronic equipment that may experience destructive electrostatic discharges (ESD). The robust diodes can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes at ±30kV (contact discharge, IEC 61000-4-2) without performance degradation. Additionally, each diode can safely dissipate 5A of 8/20μs surge current (IEC61000-4-5) with very low clamping voltages. The Littelfuse SP1006 TVS Diode Arrays are well-suited for applications such as portable electronics, portable medical devices, portable media / MP3 Players, portable navigational devices, digital cameras, PDAs, smart phones, and mobile phones.

Lightning Surge TVS SPA Diodes: Littelfuse Lightning Surge TVS SPA Diodes are designed to limit the amount of unwanted voltages to prevent damage by blocking the surges.

TVS Silicon Protection Arrays (SPA): Littelfuse TVS Diode Arrays SPA™ (Silicon Protection Arrays) are designed to protect electronics from very fast and damaging voltage transients, such as lightning and electrostatic discharge (ESD). The diodes offer an ideal protection solution for I/O interfaces and digital and analog signal lines in computer and consumer portable electronics. The TVS SPA diodes offer a broader application use and improved impulse protection performance over conventional diodes.
