2-Stage Hybrid GaN Module
MACOM MAMG-100227-010C0L is a two-stage hybrid power amplifier module based on GaN-on-Si technology that offers broadband frequency operation. The 2-stage hybrid GaN module provides fully matched input and output with 225MHz to 2600MHz frequency range for operation. This power amplifier module delivers 10W (typical) output power with up to 40% Power Added Efficiency (PAE) and 22dB power gain. The 2-stage hybrid GaN module comes in a laminated air-cavity package.
