QPF7200 Front End Modules: Qorvo QPF7200 Front End Modules (FEMs) are fully integrated Wi-Fi modules for IEEE 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi RF systems. The performance of the QPF7200 module is focused on power consumption conservation during high linear output power and throughput across all Wi-Fi channels. This feature allows the module to meet FCC regulatory limits without the need for transmit power reduction. The module includes a 2.4GHz power amplifier (AP) with power detector, LNA with bypass mode, multiple switches, and highly selective BAW filters achieving FCC bandedge and coexistence attenuation over operating conditions.Integrated filtering for 2nd and 3rd harmonics as well as 5GHz rejection for DBDC operation are also included. The QPF7200 is offered in a 20-pin, 8.0mmx5.5mmx1mm leadless SMT form factor, minimizing layout area in applications.Learn More

The Wi-Fi FEMs includes primary functions like Power Amplifier (PA), Low Noise Amplifiers (LNAs), switch solutions, filters, power-management, and device matching. These Wi-Fi FEMs feature high efficiency, low power consumption, and high linearity for maximum modulation. Typical applications include mobile handsets, access points and routers, service provider gateways, media solutions, and computing.
