QPA2705 2.5-2.7GHz GaN PA Module: Qorvo QPA2705 2.5-2.7GHz GaN PA Module is designed for Metro Cell Base Station applications with 5W RMS at the device output. The module is 50Ω input and output and requires minimal external components. The module is housed in a compact smaller footprint than traditional discrete component solutions. The QPA2705 incorporates a Doherty final stage delivering high power added efficiency for the entire module at 5W average power.

Doherty Amplifier Modules for Sub 6GHz 5G: Qorvo Doherty Amplifier Modules for Sub 6GHz 5G are highly integrated solutions for 5G sub 6GHz massive MIMO architectures covering bands, n77, n78, and n79. These 2-stage power amplifier modules are compact with a small footprint. They integrate a Doherty final stage delivering high power added efficiency for 5G massive MIMO antenna array systems. All modules have a 50ohm input and output requiring minimal external components.
