Delivery took 50 days (up to 60 days delivery terms). Transistors tested, all live, part of the parameters on the photo, duplicate text: c = 1.06nf, vt = 3,5 v. Scatter is the first semicolon. We are looking for in the manual on the transistor data parameters: c ~ 3.6nf (zero on the shutter), threshold voltage 1-2 v.Conclusions: 1) transistors go beyond the parameters in datasheet, so are not topics. What is common to understand under irl3705, 4 stars in the exact description of the goods, i think, will be fair.2) transistors are quite suitable, working for home use in the middle area of performance.3) in real conditions have not yet been tested, so the load, frequency, thermal characteristics are still a question mark.Result: a good deal, you can take (purely personal opinion).
