Micro Commercial Components SMA6J Series Transient Voltage Suppressors are unidirectional and bidirectional devices featuring high surge capability. MCC SMA6J Transient Voltage Suppressors offer minimum 600W peak pulse power dissipation as well as 3.0W steady state power dissipation and 70A peak forward surge current. MCC SMA6J TVS diodes are designed for surface mount applications.
