Buttons come with one board. Break off quite easily. I tried only one while-it works. Sensitivity is very high, i will think how to reduce. Through the 4mm plastic works above the surface of the "touch" perfectly, the finger senses 3-4mm to the plastic, left-right positives are possible up to the offset of the finger to the width of the module, forward-backward about the same.
