ROHM BS2100F High- and Low-side Gate Driver: ROHM BS2100F & BS2103F High- and Low-side Gate Drivers can drive high-speed power MOSFETs and IGBT drivers with bootstrap operation. The floating channels can be used to drive N-channel power MOSFETs or IGBT in the high-side configuration which operates up to 600V. The logic inputs can be used 3.3V and 5.0V.Learn More
