TGL2223-SM 5-Bit Attenuator: Qorvo TGL2223-SM is a wideband, 5-bit digital attenuator using TriQuint's TQPHT15 production 0.15um GaAs pHEMT process. The TGL2223-SM operates from 1-31GHz and offers a low LSB of 0.5dB. It supports > 15.5dB of attenuation range with a low RMS step error of <0.5dB.

TGL Series Attenuators: Qorvo TGL Series Attenuators includes fixed attenuators and low-loss digital and analog components. TGL Series offer wideband fixed attenuator products that allow for flexibility in optimizing system designs and provide good power handling. They are available in die form and surface mount packages and operate up to 31GHz.
