BD9x Integrated MOSFET DC-DC Buck Converters
ROHM Semiconductor BD9x Integrated MOSFET DC-DC Buck Converters are synchronous buck switching regulators with built-in power MOSFETs. These ICs provide currents in a range from 1A to 6A. They deliver fast transient response by employing constant on-time control system. This allows high oscillating frequency at low inductance. They employ an original constant on-time control method which operates low consumption at light load. This makes these devices ideal for equipment that demands minimal standby power consumption.
BD91xx Series Switching Regulator
The ROHM BD91xx series of switching regulators isdesigned for optimum efficiency. SLLM™ (Simple Light Load Mode) andsynchronous rectification is utilized for low power consumption withhigh efficiency under all load conditions, even during suspension(non-switching) mode. Additional features of this ROHM switching regulatorseries include integrated low ON-resistance power MOSFETs, a currentsense/feedback loop that quickly senses load current variations forreduced voltage variation, multiple protection circuits, and a highlyintegrated structure that minimizes the number of external componentsrequired (10) while reducing inductor size. The BD91xx series is offered in a variety of compact package types, ensuring compatibility with applications of all types.
BD91xx Synchronous Buck Converter Integrated FETs
ROHM's BD91xx Synchronous Buck Converter Integrated FETs are high efficiency step-down switching regulators that are for the power supply designed to produce a low voltage including 1 volts from a 5/3.3 volts power supply line. These devices offer high efficiency with ROHM's original pulse skip control technology and synchronous rectifier. Each device employs a current mode control system to provide faster transient response to a sudden change in load. Typical applications include power supply for LSI including DSP, micro computer and ASIC.Learn More
