BD604x Series USB Charge Protection ICs: ROHM Semiconductor´s BD604x USB Charge Protection IC series is designed to protect battery-driven devices from damage caused by excessive current/voltage surges during charging via USB or third-party AC adapters. These ROHM devices are the industry's smallest and feature a low ON-resistance (125mΩ) FET and ultra-low 45µA current consumption. BD604x ICs include multiple protection circuits contained in the industry's smallest package. This product is ideal for a variety of portable devices, including mobile phones, IC recorders, digital cameras, handheld gaming equipment, and portable audio players.
