BD768xFJ-LB Quasi-Resonant Controller
ROHM's BD768xFJ-LB, low-noise, quasi-resonant control, DC/DC converter provides an optimum system for all products that include an electrical outlet. Quasi-resonant operation enables soft switching and helps to keep EMI low. A high degree of design flexibility is achieved using switching MOSFET and current detection resistors as external devices.
The built-in, brownout function monitors the input voltage as part of system optimization. The burst-mode function reduces input power at low power. The BD768xFJ-LB series includes various protection functions, such as a soft-start function, burst function, per-cycle overcurrent limiter function, overvoltage protection function, overload protection function, and brownout function.
BD768xFJ-LB series includes a gate-clamp circuit for optimal driving SiC MOSFET.
With a guarantee of longtime support, this series is ideal for high-voltage industrial applications, including industrial equipment, AC adaptors, and household appliances.
