Surface-Mount, PAR® Transient Voltage Suppres

The automotive, AEC-Q101-qualified, PAR eSMP-series, from Vishay, features high-temperature stability and high reliability. Vishay's 1500 W, bidirectional, PAR TVS in a low-profile, 1.1 mm tall, SMPC (TO-277A) package is used for general-purpose protection from ESD, lightning, and fast-transient voltage surges.
