APEM’s environmentally sealed MT series toggle switch, designed for a broad range of markets, is now available with two additional actuator styles. The winged- and paddle-styled actuators are available in standard black 6/6 nylon as well as APEM’s thermoplastic elastomer soft-touch coating, giving the MT series a sleek look and feel to the already robust device. APEM's MT series is available in two or three positions in momentary and maintained functions. It is available in a single-pole double-throw configuration with an 11/16 threaded bushing and multiple electrical functions.

The MT series switches are rated for 3 A at 250 V_AC or 6 A at 125 V_AC with an expected mechanical life of 100,000 cycles. The MT series is manufactured with silver, gold-plated silver, or gold-plated brass contacts and are available with straight p.c. or solder lug terminals. The MT series is recommended for applications requiring a sealed, ergonomic electrical interface. Applications for the MT series are found in a number of markets including marine, off-road, transportation, military, medical equipment, and security.
