AD8302 2.7 GHz RF / IF Gain Phase Detector

ADI’s AD8302 is an integrated radio frequency (RF) detector for measuring amplitude and the phase between two signals. The detector has two matched wideband logarithmic amplifiers (amps), a phase detector, precision 1.8 voltage reference, wideband linear multiplier, and analog output scaling circuits. The devices have been tested for cellular bands of 900 MHz, 1.8 GHz, 2.2 GHz, and 2.7 GHz. The detector is in a small 14-lead TSSOP package that has a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The AD8302 is ideal for global cellular applications.
