VCC's VentoFlex modular lighting system features a flexible PC board delivering seamless backlighting for a variety of applications including challenging interior spaces. VentoFlex flexible copper clad laminate (FCCL) tiles can be mounted directly to most non-conductive interior surfaces with no requirement for a heat sink. Featuring ninety CRI Luxeon™ LEDs in a wide range of color temperatures, VentoFlex tiles provide seamless uniform illumination of luminous surfaces at setback distances as low as 2 inches.

VentoFlex allows a user to achieve their desired tone, aesthetic, and ambiance for a specific application. Applications are not limited by flat surfaces thanks to VentoFlex's ability to contour to fit most curved surfaces up to 90° and beyond.

The innovative LED tiles are available in 12-inch x 12-inch squares. The only tool required is a pair of scissors to cut and form VentoFlex tiles into the desired size and shape, including around design elements such as rounded corners and tight spaces, without taking up much room at 0.15 inches (3.81 mm).

VentoFlex can link up to ten or fifteen, 12-inch x 12-inch tiles (1440 in² or 2160 in² lighting power) to one Class 2 LED driver, all on the same 0 V to 10 V or DALI dimmer. The cables don’t have to physically touch each other when connecting the tiles together, enabling more design flexibility.
