Vishay Semiconductor Diodes has introduced standard rectifiers with ESD capability in eSMP (enhanced surface-mount power) packages. These products offer a maximum average forward current (IF(AV)) from 0.7 A to 20 A, and maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (V_RRM) from 100 V to 600 V over an operating temperature range of -55°C to +175°C.

These devices provide polarity protection in industrial and automotive applications with their high ESD capability (per IEC-6100-4-2), low capacitance, and high forward surge performance.
